This window accounts for order verification, preparation, packaging, dispatch, and transportation through our fulfillment partners and carriers. The stated timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or times of unusually high order volume, processing and transit may take longer than usual. Business days are defined as weekdays and do not include Sundays, public holidays, or days when carriers suspend service because of severe weather or other extraordinary circumstances.

Accurate and complete shipping information is essential for smooth delivery. Customers are responsible for entering the recipient’s full name, street address, apartment or unit number when applicable, postal or ZIP code, and valid contact details at checkout. Once an order has been submitted, shipping information cannot be modified. Carrier systems operate on automated routing, which prevents us from making address changes, adding special delivery instructions, or scheduling delivery times after confirmation. Providing correct information at the time of purchase helps reduce the risk of delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned packages.

Although we work closely with our logistics partners to move orders as efficiently as possible, certain factors remain outside our control. Delivery delays may result from severe weather, transportation interruptions, customs processing, regional congestion, or carrier backlogs. Address errors or incomplete details can also cause complications. In the uncommon event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify the customer as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, available items may be shipped separately, a refund may be issued for the unavailable product, or the entire order may be canceled.

We offer standard shipping at no additional charge because we believe customers should not have to pay extra simply to receive their purchases. Successful delivery depends on the accessibility of the address and the carrier’s ability to complete the drop-off. If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to restricted access, incorrect information, or the absence of a recipient, the order may be returned or canceled and refunded to the original payment method. Reviewing tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package can help prevent these situations.

Tracking details are provided once an order is dispatched, allowing customers to monitor progress from shipment to delivery. Updates may not appear every day, particularly when packages move between facilities or cross borders, but they offer a general view of where the shipment is in transit. If tracking information seems inactive or unclear for an extended period, our support team is available to assist and investigate with the carrier when needed.

Certain circumstances may prevent an order from being shipped, such as unsupported destinations, addresses that do not meet carrier requirements, or items selling out before processing is completed. We do not ship to post office boxes, and all deliveries must be made to a physical street address. Orders are released for shipment only after payment authorization is successfully completed.

If an order arrives with an incorrect item, customers should contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide a resolution. For preference-based changes, such as selecting a different size or color, returning the original item and placing a new order is typically the quickest solution.
